The 2015 Kari Wage Golf Scramble Benefiting the Ridgway Chamber: This year we are upping the fun meter and offering our hole sponsors extended reach and client exposure.
The 2015 Kari Wage Golf Scramble Benefiting the Ridgway Chamber is Saturday, September 12. The Chamber board has voted to name our annual tournament for Kari to acknowledge her coordinating and fostering this essential Chamber fundraiser and for her many other contributions to the Chamber and community. We’ve promised Kari won’t have to put on the tournament singlehandedly any longer. So don’t be surprised if another Chamber volunteer rather than Kari contacts you to follow up on this letter.
This year we are upping the fun meter and offering our hole sponsors extended reach and client exposure. You and/or your staff are welcome to be situated on a tee-box during the tournament to meet and greet the golfers. Orchestrate a fun activity (exs. longest marshmallow drive…a plumber sponsor might conduct a chipping contest into a toilet); provide granola bars or breakfast treats; or simply say hello.
Opportunities for participation include:
$125 hole sponsorship with option for fun activity/something to eat/you at your hole.
+$15 for non-golfing hole sponsors to join the group for lunch.
Register a team for $280 (or just your own self for $70) to golf.
Donate items or gift cards for silent auction & door prizes. You may drop off donations at United Country Sneffels Realty downtown. Or we’re happy to pick up; just call Mary at 480.440.7241.
Make a donation to honor Kari for her hard work on behalf of the chamber and our community.
To make your check in quick and easy on September 12, you can now handle all payment using this all-inclusive registration form in advance: registration, hole sponsorships, mulligans, fly rod chances and donations to the Chamber to honor Kari. Golfers will still have the opportunity to buy mulligans and fly rod chances the morning of the tournament.
We thank those of you who have been long-standing supporters of this event, and welcome first timers. Your participation honors Kari for her outstanding service and helps the Chamber operate and conduct its member programs. Questions? Call Eve 970.626.9862.
The Ouray County Fairgrounds will once again host the 2015 event September 5-7. Come to the biggest event of the year in Ridgway! Rodeo, Dancing, BBQ and More! Fun for the entire family. For more information visit ouraycountyrodeo.com
