Name of Owner and where you are from originally?
Jeremiah Tilton, owner of Full Tilt Saloon, is a Colorado Native, born and raised on the Front Range but he always found himself drawn to the Western Slope. He first discovered Ridgway after hunting in the area and knew he needed to make Ridgway his home.

What inspired you, as owner of Full Tilt Saloon, to start this business?
Growing up my grandfather owned a restaurant and I always loved helping out with the day to day operations. That was when I found a passion for the food and beverage industry. I knew I wanted to provide quality food and fun environment for my friends and family.
Please tell us in as many words as you like, all about your business and what your business goals are? Do you have a mission statement?
Our Mission is to bring the community together by providing fresh, quality and great tasting food at reasonable prices in a clean and friendly environment. Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service and make everyone feel like a ‘regular’.
Interesting facts about you and your business?
We raise the Yak that is on the menu, and also work with local Yak Ranchers (Smiling Buddha, and Del Yaks) to provide year-round yak options that are healthier for our environment, as well as our diet.
What brought you to Ridgway? (GM & Business Owner, if appropriate)
I fell in love with the community and people and have since made it home.
What do you like most about your business and Ridgway, CO?
Making people happy by providing a great environment for our customers, friends and family...and there couldn't be a better spot at the foothills of the beautiful San Juan Mountains!
What is your biggest challenge, what are your biggest rewards?
So far consistency in staff and the seasonality of the location has been our biggest challenge. The biggest rewards have been the relationships forged and being a part of this community.
