“THE 610 THEMED OPEN” GALLERY EXHIBITION (Annual Themed Regional Exhibition with Cash Awards) Theme: "Celestial Wanderings & Starry Nights“ – In celebration of Ridgway as a Dark Sky Community, artists are invited to explore the mystery and beauty of the night sky, expressing their connection to the stars, astronomy, or ancient myths tied to the cosmos. Show: October 1st - 30th, 2025 at the 610 Arts Collective, Ridgway, CO Artwork Registration/Drop Off: Friday, September 26th from 10am-5pm, and Saturday, September 27th from 10am-3pm Public Voting For People’s Choice Award: October 1st-October 29th, 2025 Opening Reception: October 3rd from 5:00pm-7:00pm Awards will be posted October 30th 2025 (via award ribbons in the space) Artwork Pick Up: Friday October 31st and Saturday, November 1st during business hours Eligibility: Two and three dimensional original media. Prints of work will not be accepted. Work may not exceed 12”x16”, including frame. Cradled wood panels are available for purchase ($12) at the 610 gallery during business hours. Fees: $25.00 entry fee per piece. Maximum submission: 2 pieces. Entry fees are paid through the entry forms. Credit cards may be called-in or processed when artwork is dropped off. Fees are nonrefundable on accepted works. There are no handling fees but artists are responsible for shipping costs, if any.
