As the days grow colder in the San Juan’s and the world outside quiets down for winter, come nurture your body and soul in a space that feels like spring all-year round. Starting on October 17th, Jamie Deluccio will be guiding a yoga and sound bath among the flowers on Friday mornings at 9am at San Juan Blooms Flower Shop on the 2nd Floor at The Old Firehouse. These classes will be donation based and spots are limited so we encourage you to sign-up ahead of time. 2025 dates: • October: 10/17, 10/24, 10/31 • November: 11/7, 11/21 • December: 12/5, 12/12, 12/19 Details: 🌼 Time: 9am (one hour of yoga followed by a 15 minute sound bath) 🌼 Location: 185 N Lena Street (2nd Floor at The Old Firehouse) 🌼 Cost: By donation 🌼 What to bring: Your own yoga mat and any props you love to use.
