Ridgway Chamber Releases 2018 Annual Report
The 2018 Annual Report from the Ridgway Area Chamber of Commerce is 17 pages packed with accomplishments in promoting business and tourism over the past year, with leads on what is coming up in 2019. Last year, the Chamber continued improving marketing resources and member benefits that were updated or established in 2017.
The seven-member, all-volunteer board spent many hours envisioning and planning tools to support the whole business community. A staff of nine consultants were on the ground, managing diverse innovative projects and strengthening relationships with companies, nonprofits, youth, government offices and state and regional tourism partners. In addition to the growing Lodging Tax revenues, the Chamber secured new grants and collaborative projects to boost return on investment for members.
