Ridgway, CO- Join us as we celebrate the changing of the season with a whole week full of fun local activities! The Ridgway Area Chamber and Ridgway FUSE organizations have come together to create a wonderful event celebrating the transition of seasons and showcasing the 1st Annual Spring Into Summer Ridgway Shop Local Week! You don't want to miss out on all the amazing activities happening April 28th-May 3rd this year!
Monday- April 28th Making History Monday
Ouray County Ranch History Museum presents Hearing From Your Local Ranchers. Pull up a chair and join us for an informal gathering around the "kitchen table" to explore the history and traditions of local ranching, featuring Scott Hill with Sleeping Indian Ranch. Free True Grit Walking Tours begin at the Town gazebo at Town Park at 5:15pm.
Tuesday- April 29th Townie Tuesday
The Ridgway Area Chamber of Commerce brings back Townie Tuesdays supporting gravel adventure bike riding around Ridgway. This event begins at the Colorado Boy Depot at 5:30pm. Following the ride there will be live music by Texan native Aiden Sweeney and $10 brat and beer discounts for riders!!
Wednesday- April 30th Wild Wednesday
Moxie Mountain Guides offer a rock climbing experience at the Dike Wall between Ridgway and Ouray from 4pm-7pm. All levels ae invited, registration is required. Go to their website at https://www.moxiemountainguides.com. Reach out to for more information.
Thursday- May 1st Trailblazer Thursday
Opening day at the RAT trails, celebration at The Sherbino for RAT's Opening Night Bash to support new trails. Live music at 6pm; biking films to start at 7pm.

Friday- May 2nd First Friday Art Walk
Discounts at participating local art galleries, enjoy complementary refreshments, entertainment and ever-evolving creative offerings! Art walk takes place 5pm-8pm downtown Ridgway.
Saturday- May 3rd Saturday Sidewalk Sale
Enjoy outside sidewalk sales held by local businesses at their storefronts. Grab a friend, grab a bite, grab some sweet spring deals all across Ridgway! Event is from 12pm-5pm.
